To kick off Awards Season I have picked my favorite looks from the 2013 Emmys Red Carpet. As always, the fashions of the red carpet did not disappoint and in fact it was a full on glam fest! After compiling my list I realized that there are some serious trends that define my 10 best: nudes/neutrals, sheer, laser cuts, open backs, and cut outs. None of this comes as a surprise, because I love these trends in ready-to-wear so why wouldn’t I love them as red carpet looks, but it is wonderful seeing the translation.
